About Venture Up Media

Venture Up Media publishes concise, field-tested nonfiction through its human intelligence, leadership, and small business titles. Built on the legacy of Venture Up® (est. 1983)—the original team building company—the imprint draws on four decades of experience shaped by more than 500,000 clients worldwide.

Our books are grounded in direct work with leaders, teams, and founders facing consequential decisions under pressure. We favor clarity over volume and substance over theory. Each title is written to be practical, disciplined, and useful.

An Editorial Council composed of Indigenous leaders and seasoned professionals provides guidance across the list, helping ensure perspective that is informed, balanced, and accountable.

Founders & Curation

Drawing on a four-decade legacy, Venture Up—the original team building firm—provides the foundation for Mason, Miles, and Teresa Lengyel to steward Venture Up Media’s non-fiction and fiction imprints.

The publishing house is a natural progression of Venture Up, honoring more than 500,000 global participants since 1983 who have shown that the intuitive human process is innate to leadership and cooperation. These same patterns have guided Indigenous communities for generations, where continuity, accountability, and ancestral wisdom endure. As we all serve as guardians of the future, Venture Up Media honors this enduring human intelligence as new technologies reshape the modern world.
